I'm Lea Seigen Shinraku, artist, creative self-compassion teacher and licensed therapist. Creativity comes in many forms and it's a central part of my teaching and everyday practice. I made this coloring book for fun, because I couldn't find something similar out in the world. I'm happy to share it with you and I hope it serves as a playful support in being kinder to yourself every day.
