Beyond Burnout Gift Certificate

Beyond Burnout is a 4-week live, online workshop designed to help you avoid burnout, and creatively cultivate self-compassion for mind, body and spirit. The curriculum incorporates current research on burnout, self-care, creativity, self-compassion, and the body's stress-response cycle.

In this fun and practical workshop, your loved one will:

🎨 practice self-compassion for mind, body and spirit through art journaling

❤️ incorporate fun and effective self-care strategies into your everyday life, so you can rest and have more energy for what matters most to you

🥵 learn how to identify the warning signs of burnout and to implement burnout-avoiding self-care practices

📒 create a personalized self-care plan ~ your Beyond Burnout guide ~ a valuable tool that will help you avoid burnout and respond to difficult moments with greater kindness, care and creativity

 

Weekly classes will be recorded, so if your loved one isn't able to join live, you can watch the replay!

Note: If your loved one would like to earn CE credits, they must attend all live classes. No partial CE credit can be given.

 

WHAT HAPPENS AFTER I PURCHASE THIS GIFT CERTIFICATE? 
After you enter your order details you'll be taken to a Confirmation page and you'll receive an email receipt. Within the next 2 business days, you'll receive a second email with a digital gift certificate that you can share with your loved one via email, or you can print a paper copy. This gift certificate can be redeemed for enrollment in any 8-week ESC cohort. This second email will also include a list of dates for upcoming sessions of the program.

Your loved one can redeem their certificate by emailing Lea at [email protected]. When they enroll, they will be sent their art journaling kit (if you would like them to receive their kit now ~ with a paper gift certificate enclosed, just email Lea at [email protected].). ❤️
