 Mini Meditation Bundle
Created in response to alumni requests, the Heart-First Moments audio bundle features 12 mini meditations, each less than 7 minutes long, to help you re-center and connect with yourself any time of the day. It's an easily accessible resource that you can turn to whenever you need a self-compassion re-set.

WHAT HAPPENS AFTER I PURCHASE THIS GIFT CERTIFICATE? 
After you enter your order details you'll be taken to a Confirmation page and you'll receive an email receipt. Within the next 2 business days, you'll receive a second email with a digital gift certificate that you can share with your loved one via email, or you can print a paper copy. This gift certificate can be redeemed for enrollment in any 8-week ESC cohort. This second email will also include a list of dates for upcoming sessions of the program.

Your loved one can redeem their certificate by emailing Lea at [email protected]. When they enroll, they will be sent their art journaling kit (if you would like them to receive their kit now ~ with a paper gift certificate enclosed, just email Lea at [email protected].). ❤️
