Beyond Burnout is a 4-week live, online workshop designed to help you avoid burnout, and creatively cultivate self-compassion for mind, body and spirit. The curriculum incorporates current research on burnout, self-care, creativity, self-compassion, and the body's stress-response cycle.
In this fun and practical workshop, you will:
🎨 practice self-compassion for mind, body and spirit through art journaling
❤️ incorporate fun and effective self-care strategies into your everyday life, so you can rest and have more energy for what matters most to you
🥵 learn how to identify the warning signs of burnout and to implement burnout-avoiding self-care practices
📒 create a personalized self-care plan ~ your Beyond Burnout guide ~ a valuable tool that will help you avoid burnout and respond to difficult moments with greater kindness, care and creativity
Weekly classes will be recorded, so if you aren't able to join live, you can watch the replay!
Note: If you would like to earn CE credits, you must attend all live classes. No partial CE credit can be given.
