Pause, reflect, and begin again

You Lived Through a Lot This Year

December can feel blurry, rushed or overwhelming.

Before we move into a new beginning, it helps to pause ~ to breathe, remember, reflect and gently digest what we’ve lived.

Digest & Create
is a free creative reflection guide designed to help you do just that.

Through soft prompts, simple rituals, and visual journaling pages, you’ll explore the year you've lived and prepare your heart for the one ahead.

Your Companion for Reflection

Inside Digest & Create, you’ll find:

Mapping the Months ~ a simple, powerful way to remember what actually happened this year

Guided creative prompts to reflect on challenges, joys, growth and what supported you

Year of the Snake & Year of the Horse reflections

Favorite Day / Toughest Day visual journaling sections

Compassion for the Body, Mind & Spirit prompts for the year ahead

A 2026 Calendar spread to help you create your year with intention

Gentle invitations that support nervous-system regulation and self-kindness

This guide is spacious and flexible ~ use it all at once, or return to it slowly over days or weeks.

A Tangible Practice for Virtual Times

With the rise of AI tools this year, many of us spent more time than ever engaging with technology that moves faster than our nervous systems can follow. It can leave us feeling blurry, disconnected or overstimulated.

Digest & Create offers the opposite.

A slow ritual.
A pen-on-paper practice.
A chance to reconnect with your own voice, your own story, your own truth.

It’s reflection done the human way ~ imperfect, creative, embodied and real.
